Natural Foods, homeopathic remedies, and stuff you didn't even know you were looking for. This place pretty much has it all! Totally worth it to stop in at least once to satisfy your curiosity. You won't be disappointed!

Great spot for a healthy lunch. In my opinion the Hot buffet is the best! They also have a lot of health products from supplements, lotions, soap. Good organic stuff.

Food is delicious and staff amazing. I've been comping here for 5 years now and the quality has always been top notch. It has a hit bar, salad bar, breakfast and lunch counter. Grocery area is very health minded. There is also a delicatessen serving Boar's Head meats. Also the music is great ;). Definitely a great find amongst the over saturation of sandwich places in Branford.

Excellent deli fresh food

Great place to stop and grab lunch. You have your choice of foods at the hot bar and the salad bar as well as the option to order a sandwich. You can also pick up groceries, vitamins, and specialty items like essential oils and locally made soaps. They also have some baked good including their really good ginger cookies.

Great food and prices especially on supplements hard working people

They have a hot and cold food bar that is somewhat pricey but everything is good and they have gluten free and non gmo foods . They also have a sandwich section made fresh to order and the food is decent . A bit higher than most but it’s NOT fast food and there are several choices for everyone. They carry all kinds of vitamins but they are very expensive and I would not suggest buying vitamins there . Much more on Amazon with TONS of choices .

Excellent food, has a hot bar for variety, grill and they cook to order, bakery items are awesome. Organic Products as well as hard to find items.

Only been once (while visiting in the area). We ate meals from hot bar. They were good. Can eat inside or outside. We didn't shop.

So I went there on Sat Sept 1st only to find out that they are closed for the Labor Day weekend...WHAT?!?!? You are a retail store located on the shoreline and you decide to close for the last beautiful weekend of summer unlike NO other business ANYWHERE??? Do you know how many customers drove in at the same time I did and left in completer dismay? This isn’t the 70’s and even then retail stores never closed for the ENTIRE weekend on one of the busiest weekends in the industry just the immediate holiday. A VERY poor business decision to which you ticked off HUNDREDS of customers both existing and potential while sending them elsewhere. Not to mention lost business and profits...what were you thinking?🤔👎🏼

Prices are better than any comparable place on the Shoreline for prepared food, produce, packaged goods, vitamins, herbal remedies, soaps and creams! Most people come by for lunch - which consists of a hot bar and cold bar, as well as made-to-order items. Many gluten-free options, veg options and paleo options, as well as good solid meat-lovers options. But it is also a grocery store, vitamin and supplement store, as well as health and beauty, pet-food and cleaning products - as many tea/herbal tea choices as a person could want. In the summer, enjoy your food on the patio in the gardens behind the store - off the road, full of flowers, tropical trees, flowing grasses, nice breezes.

Buffet is awesome! So many choices! All choices are so much better than a fast food option! I feel healthy eating here. My husband loves the turkey meatloaf and I met a women who comes every Tuesday for the Italian Wedding Soup!

Great sandwiches, fresh daily buffet, and fresh vegetables and all kinds of homeopathic and organic medicines

Got the Jamaican jerk chicken wrap and it was delicious. Seems like a very good selection of specialty groceries alongside the popular deli area. Baked goods looked excellent also.

They were closing early but let us get stuff but sign said open

Friendly place for a quick pickup. I get my morning coffee about four times a week on break, always good service. Sometimes a small wait durning busy hours.

I love this place I order from them all the time and they know my order and hand it right to me without me having to wait and say I’m picking up this order. Also if I call and place an order they remember exactly how I like my food ordered. This place is awesome!!!!!

people talk over the buffet. so i only buy when the food just comes out.. the store could carry more items. the shelves always seem half full. good place to stop however to get a few items

Hot foods are always good. Husband ordered a sandwich. & they asked if there was anything he didn’t want. He simply said no mushrooms please. We sat down to eat and the seating area is filthy. Cob webs and bugs on the windowsill. Bathrooms had no paper towels. Kind of gross if you ask me... please, clean.

Its nice to have places that carry organic and gluten free items. As well as carry herbs, essential oils, and vitamins that most places do not in my area. However the prices here are high. That will prevent me from visiting this store more then is like to. They serve hot food here also. I went to try it because my friend had gotten lunch there that day and it looked and smelled amazing. Just when I was looking at the food I didn't see the chicken or rice he had at the hot buffet table. I was told you have to go to the counter to order that.

Very clean, nice selection of hot foods to go and an excellent salad bar. Boars head cold cuts, and sandwiches & dinners made to order.

They have some pretty healthy options as far as food goes it's fresh always hot hot as hot to cold is cold and the prices are reasonable people are friendly
